About Community Behavioral Health Work Services

At ISBH our CBHW’s come alongside those we serve to connect them with resources and to help individuals and families develop skills needed to reach their personal goals. All our services are offered within a relationship-based framework of collaborative helping. In this approach we focus on identifying the strengths of the people and communities we serve to address needs.

CBHW’s meet those we serve in their home, community, office, or through telehealth. CBHW’s are able to provide education and connection to resources such as: housing, food, primary care, dentistry, legal, and employment, and other resources that promote health outcomes.
