February 23, 2023

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Natashia Rapp, a long-term, hard-working Integrated Services for Behavioral Health employee.

Tash, formerly the Manager of Harm Reduction Strategy, has been elevated to a Managing Director role. She will continue oversight of her current programs while taking on additional administrative responsibilities for Behavioral Health Integration with Primary Care and expanding Recovery Housing efforts and the Behavioral Medicine program. She will also lead the effort in submitting proposals for a federal SAMHSA grant to establish ISBH as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center.

Tash has an impressive track record of leading initiatives within ISBH. She was the first Intensive Outpatient Counselor in Pickaway County and eventually directed the implementation of various ASAM levels of care across many counties. She also led harm reduction efforts to procure and distribute Narcan across many of the counties we serve. Her work has been instrumental in the success of peer-based programming and innovative approaches to establishing new ways of serving clients with Opiate Use Disorders. And on top of her list of accomplishments, Tash has led by exemplifying the principles of harm reduction, collaboration, and promoting the dignity of those we serve.

Please join us in congratulating Tash for her stellar efforts. We look forward to her future leadership and support in advancing our mission.
